How To Use:

1. Clean your tooth and mouth
2. Put the cheek retractor on the mouth
3. Take out of the cheek retractor
4. Twist the pen until the gel out
5. Daub the gel onto the teeth
6. Turn on the teeth whitening light and put the transparant part into the mouth
7. Take out the teeth whitening light after 15 or 20 minutes
8. Cleaning your mouth
